A hands-on class with recipes & tuition describing methods of making beautiful silky pasta and pillow like gnocchi. We make delicious pasta sauces which are classic and seasonal. An educational wine tasting follows the class as we choose a glass of wine to enjoy with lunch. Bring a container to take home your pasta.
