A hands-on and demonstration class with recipes describing fail safe methods of making beautiful, silky pasta and pillow like gnocchi plus traditional and seasonal sauces. After the class enjoy a brief wine tasting to choose a glass of wine to enjoy while lunching on the dishes you made during the class.
Bring along a flat 2 litre container to take home your pasta that is not included in lunch.
