30ml Herradura Plata Tequila (Premium Tequila) – or your favourite Tequila
10ml Cointreau
15ml fresh lime juice
10 -15ml agave syrup/nectar
90ml Pizzini Prosecco

Recipe
Rim a large wine glass with the salt flakes. To do this, moisten the rim with a cut lime or lemon and then dip into the salt flakes, twisting the glass while in the salt.
Add the Tequila, Cointreau, lime juice and agave syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Put the lid on and shake well.
Fill your wine glass with the Tequila mix and then top up with Pizzini NV Prosecco.
Drop a lime wheel into the side for garnish, and add a straw if you like.
Sip and enjoy.
