Join the Pizzini family and immerse yourself in warm hospitality and hands on experiences. Following morning tea with Katrina Pizzini at the cellar door head into A tavola! Cooking School where Katrina will lead a class sharing the secrets to preparing traditional Italian style dishes.
Prior to lunch, enjoy an in depth wine taste of exciting Italian wine varieties including Pinot Grigio, Verduzzo, Sangiovese and Nebbiolo.
Following the tasting, lunch will be served. It will include the Italian-style dishes prepared earlier along with your choice of wine – anything from a fresh Prosecco to a savoury Sangiovese.
